Bright Futures Academy

We had the wonderful opportunity to be part of the Whitecroft Lighting Bright Futures Academy presentation event on 19th March 2026. We’re proud to have been involved in such a valuable initiative that that highlights the importance of collaboration, development, and investing in future talent across the industry.

Bright Futures Academy focuses on developing “Lighting Champions”, bringing individuals together to learn, connect, and grow. The programme combines CIBSE-accredited CPDs, workshops, online learning, regional sessions, and hands-on experience within engineering environments. It offers valuable insights into areas such as lighting innovation, controls, product selection, circularity in construction, light quality and wellbeing, and emergency lighting.

We were especially pleased to see our group recognised on the night, delivering an engaging presentation that stood out for its flow and teamwork, and we are delighted to announce that our team won best presentation! What stood out most was the strength of the relationships built throughout the programme bringing together individuals from manufacturing, design, and installation, and creating a real sense of collaboration.
