St Dunstan’s STEM building is a state-of-the-art development sited adjacent to the existing historic Headmaster’s House.
Built over two, three and four storeys, with specialist facilities for science, technology and math studies. An entrance atrium, student shop, 6th form study and café area are all part of this development making it a unique and interesting place for learning
Major re-development of the site was required in order to pave the way for the new building. Undergoing a number of planning iterations before finally being accepted, it took a while to get off the ground.
Now fully completed the facility has been open since summer 2021 and is being fully utilised by the staff and students alike
FJ&B were appointed at stage 4 of the design progress - providing the detailed designs and construction design information pack to enable the site works to take place. Engaged to deliver a full mechanical, electrical and public health design package.
