Felix is the Founder and Managing Director of FJ&B, with over 17 years’ experience in the construction industry. His background spans design consultancy, contracting, and international projects across a wide range of sectors, giving him a well-rounded and practical understanding of building services engineering.

​

Felix takes a hands-on approach to his work, leading projects and supporting teams to deliver clear, effective design solutions. His expertise in mechanical and public health systems, combined with a collaborative and forward-thinking mindset, plays a key role in shaping FJ&B’s approach to delivering high-quality and efficient engineering outcomes.

ABOUT BAKHTAWAR

Bakhtawar joins us as an Electrical Engineer with experience in power systems and electrical design, contributing to a range of projects within multidisciplinary engineering teams.
 

With a strong foundation in electrical design and system coordination, she supports the development of technical solutions, including the preparation and review of drawings, equipment selection, and power system analysis.
 

Bakhtawar is also involved in site surveys and the production of technical documentation, working closely with internal and external teams to deliver coordinated and compliant design solutions.

Morton joined us with a background in electronics engineering and computer-aided design, bringing a strong understanding of engineering principles into the draughting environment.

​

With over four years at FJ&B, he has developed extensive experience in producing BIM-compliant models and technical drawings using a wide range of software, and holds a buildingSMART Professional certification.

​

Morton supports the coordination and delivery of design information, working closely with engineers, BIM technicians, and the wider technical team to ensure accurate and consistent outputs across all stages of the project.

ABOUT SHAYMAA

She has played a key role as our Office Manager, supporting the smooth running of the business through her strong organisational skills and attention to detail.

Shay is currently on maternity leave, and we look forward to welcoming her back.

ABOUT GREG

Greg joins us from a strong technical background in running and operating a number of theatres for the last 16 years.  

 

With specialist knowledge in systems operations within such critical environments he is particularly aware of design considerations surrounding the end user.

 

Before joining FJ&B, Greg oversaw an extensive refurbishment of Fairfield Halls managing the Technical and Facilities services for the operator. Making a jump into Mechanical Engineering he is able to offer a more holistic view of MEP systems and their design solutions.

ABOUT MARTIN

Martin Dabrowski has joined the FJ&B team as a Mechanical Engineering graduate, with a strong foundation in engineering principles, design, and problem-solving, and a keen interest in applying theory to practical mechanical systems.

​

Martin takes a hands-on approach to his work, supporting projects through the review of layouts and schematics, ensuring accuracy in specifications and calculations. He is also involved in site visits, helping to develop a clear understanding of project requirements.

​

Martin supports engineering calculations and technical tasks, bringing strong analytical skills and a commitment to professional development.

ABOUT DORSA

Dorsa joined the team with a Master’s degree in Computational Methods in Architecture and a strong in-terest in BIM and digital design.

She has prior experience as a BIM Technician, which has strengthened her skills in BIM modelling and project coordination.

In her current role, she develops accurate Revit models and technical drawings, supporting collaboration across disciplines. With experience in Revit, AutoCAD, Revizto, Navisworks and BIM 360, she contributes to efficient project delivery and high-quality documentation.

ABOUT ALIYA

Aliya provides administrative and operational support within the company, playing a key role in coordinating project documentation, supporting team workflows, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.

​

She works closely with engineers and BIM technicians to manage document control processes, including version control, revision tracking, and information distribution, while liaising with external stakeholders to ensure accurate submissions and compliance.

​

Aliya also supports internal initiatives and coordinates post-project reviews, promoting continuous improvement and knowledge sharing across the organisation.

ABOUT AMY

Amy provides administrative support, bringing experience in data analysis, project governance, KPI reporting and team support.

Amy supports day-to-day operations by  maintaining project documentation, team workflows,  and ensuring effective communication across teams and stakeholders. She also assists with reporting and data-driven tasks, applying a structured and analytical approach.

​

Amy supports internal initiatives that promote collaboration, knowledge sharing, and continuous improvement across the organisation.
