THERAPIA LANE VEHICLE DEPOT

This new and modernised vehicular workshop and supporting office facility was developed to support the maintenance of part of Sutton Council’s waste and street cleaning fleet.

The project was a mixture of vehicle depot and workshop areas, along with supporting staff facilities. Spanning 2 floors, FJB were responsible for designing and coordinating the mechanical services alongside another Electrical Consultant. Setting up a series of workshops to both coordinate between the disciplines and gather key Client brief information was the focus of bringing this project to fruition.

Opening in March 2025, the facility along with its electric vehicle fleets are helping to keep Sutton’s streets clean in a carbon friendly way.
