THERAPIA LANE VEHICLE DEPOT
This new and modernised vehicular workshop and supporting office facility was developed to support the maintenance of Sutton Council’s waste and street cleaning fleet. The project comprises a combination of vehicle depot and workshop areas, together with supporting staff facilities.
Spanning two floors, FJB were responsible for the design and coordination of the mechanical services, working closely alongside the Electrical Consultant. A series of collaborative workshops were established to coordinate between disciplines and capture key elements of the Client brief, ensuring the project was delivered efficiently and in line with expectations.

Opening in March 2025, the facility, together with its electric vehicle fleet, is now helping to keep Sutton’s streets clean in a more carbon-conscious and sustainable way.
