SHINFIELD FILM STUDIOS
Spanning multiple phases, 5 sound stages, 14 workshops and supporting offices, this award-winning project was a great way for us to demonstrate our ability to produce multiple concurrent designs under pressure. The sound stages comprised of high acoustic performing mechanical systems and highly illuminated areas with some light fittings mounted as much as 3 storeys up. Careful consideration to access and maintenance was required, with a bespoke steel gantry system implemented to give both access and flexibility for film crews to support their sets.
The site which contains further building stock completed before our involvement, has been fully open since Summer 2024. With the potential for future phases, we look forward to having further involvement if these plans come to fruition.
