At FJ&B, we recently held one of our Company Initiative Days on the 12th of March. These days are very important to all of us here as they help strengthen our team connections and continue building our company culture.
The day included a series of activities such as a scavenger hunt inside and outside our office, trivia questions, charades and a range of other quizzes. While they brought plenty of energy and healthy competition, each activity was intentionally designed around our company vision, mission and values. By building the activities around these principles, everyone had the opportunity to reflect on what they mean in practice and how they shape the way we work together every day. Bringing this learning into a more interactive and collaborative environment helped reinforce their importance in a way that felt engaging, memorable and shared across the team.
Initiative days like this play an important role at FJ&B. They give us the chance to reflect on what we stand for as a company, reinforce the principles that guide our work, learn from one another and strengthen the relationships that make our team what it is.
Taking time to learn together and collaborate in new ways helps ensure that our culture remains strong and that our shared values continue to shape the way we work every day.
A big thank you to everyone at FJ&B for making this day such a success. The enthusiasm and team spirit across the day were fantastic to see. We’re already looking forward to what our next company initiative has in store.
