On Site at South Molton Street

At FJ&B, we work on a wide range of projects, many of which are in busy and built-up urban areas. Alongside ROC MEP, we are currently involved in the Grosvenor development on South Molton Street in Mayfair, London.

Because the project focuses on listed buildings, including traditional terraces, it comes with its own challenges. Working within limited space, dealing with existing structures, and preserving the original character means that routing services and coordinating systems requires a more considered and detailed approach.

🏗️ During a recent site visit to South Molton Street, we took measurements against the installed services to support the ongoing design of a mechanical ventilation system. We also reviewed areas currently under construction, checking the installations against the design and identifying any coordination points where adjustments may be required.

These visits help us spot issues early and make sure the design works on site, helping bridge the gap between design and delivery.
