Lessons Learned Session

On 7 April 2026, we held a Lessons Learned session reviewing the delivery of one of our projects across Stages 3–5. 📊

We focused on improving information flow, coordination, and overall design quality, identifying what worked well and where processes can be strengthened (e.g. tracking design changes, managing RFIs, aligning model updates and collaboration with external stakeholders).

Our review covered: 

• Internal workflows and responsibility tracking  

• Coordination with external teams and document management  

• Cross-disciplinary collaboration 

• Revit modelling workflows  

• Design consistency across drawings, schedules, and reviews 

These sessions are a key part of how we refine our processes, helping us deliver more structured and consistent projects. Taking these lessons forward will help improve how we manage change, coordination, and design delivery on future projects. 📈
