Carefully designed to give students a state of the art learning environment to use before, during and after school to support and enhance their learning experience, the Business Resource Centre will be equipped with 35 new computers, a dedicated teaching zone, a conference room and a newly relocated library.

Alongside this, the school will be equipping all classrooms with brand new furniture, transforming its reception and corridor areas and converting the old library space into a personalisation suite for smaller group and individual learning.

Entailing an all new plant room servicing the new build MEP services and the existing MEP services in the refurbishment.

The project included a modular boiler arrangement, calorifier, radiant panels, pump sets, plate heat exchanger, MVHR units, Hybrid Ventilation units, roof turrets and a kitchen AHU and extract fan system presented as a coordinated design.
